Mood Garden ( forum ) is a safe haven for people with depression and bipolar "disorder", and related conditions like anxiety / panic disorders. These conditions are treatable biological illnesses, and there is help out there - online and in your community. With treatment, lifestyle management, coping skills and support, it is possible to recover and enjoy a full and fulfilling life.

At present, Mood Garden provides:

• "Information, Support and Fun" Message Board (forum with blogs, mood chart & more) with over 5,700 registered members. We also have Chat Rooms for casual as well as supportive chat.

Forum & Chat participation is open to anyone over the age of 18. Most of our members are from the U.S. and content generally mentions brand names used in the U.S. We also have members from Canada, U.K., Australia, The Netherlands, Italy, India, Finland and Philippines, at present.
